Armies lost and Building repairs

1. When notified of an army being lost is there a way that you can click on the notice and be taken to that territory just like you would for other notifications. This would save a lot of time of going to the newspaper and finding out what you lost. At least if I know the territory I can usually figure out what was lost.

2. When in the province list if a filter could be added for buildings need repaired would also be very helpfull.
