Ask, why CoW 1.5 not applied to all type game in CoW?

Hello, i want to ask, why ver 1.5 is not apply to all game, to be honest i like ver 1.5 because it can fast build buildings and Units than the old version(the old version need long time for build buildings and units and if player want to build units it must build industry then building for producing units first it's annoying, then if the player play with little country it will be hard because lack of resources to build industry using rare material). In the other side, ver 1.5 have good concept in building because it separate industry for gathering resources and industry that producing units, the units in ver 1.5 there is no problem with it, in ver 1.5 little country can have chance to beat big country because easy to build buildings and units(offcourse this depend on the player skill and composition of units), in research is good because it separate the resources to research units i like it, In doctrine there is no problem because i like it it'is very suitable for each country and just need new development in it, in ver 1.5 there is a bug when i'm playing it in my laptop : sometime the units will disappear and then appear again(in the old version I've experienced Cruiser suddenly in land and cannot move it disappear and then appear then completely disappear). Ok that's all, if there is something i found i will make the the new tread again thank you very much
