Of course you can target planes with rockets.
But when planes are selected, then rocket should hit the planes and not, when they move,
the country which lead to war.
Rockets can explode in the sky.
The planes are going to be moving constantly. A nuclear explosion would kill planes because of its blast radius, but it would be harder to hit a squadron of constantly moving planes with conventional missiles.
while modern day rockets can "explode in the sky", the technology of the v-rocket system was in no way capable of hitting any target with much more then pure luck, let alone a moving or flying one.
Even with todays technology they miss~~ keep in mind this game is based on ww2 abilities. not ww3
This new change is awful. And I just learned about it the hard way 
If rockets cant hit planes and AA is practically useless, what is to stop the game from turning into nothing but an air force battle? I built some fighters but more AA and rockets. Now I have nothing to stop his 30 bombers with 20 fighter support from flying all over. All future games will be a race to build more fighters.
Suggestions: Lvl 4 rockets could hit planes.

Yes. The key to air power is having more, or at least equal strength. In large groups it is usually a plane for a plane type of battle.Psjoe wrote:

This will make Rocket Fighters much more valuable for the air attack value as well.
In reality rockets were not very effective against patrolling planes. For the cost of a few rockets you could build the interceptors anyway.
