I would say they use a Panzerjäger antitank and the picture is correct.

Axis Doctrine - Tank Destroyer Image is Wrong
The Lvl 1-3 Anti-Tank unit description is a Jagdpanzer 1 to 38t
However the image for the unit shows is some sort of Anti-Air unit (resembling some post WWII Soviet designs)... not the Anti-Tank unit it's supposed to represent. The unit showing has 2 side-by barrels.. none of the Anti-Tank units came in that format.

The Panzerjager 1 had what looked like a shorter barrel over the cannon.. NOT two side-by-side barrels.
That's not even close.
Now I'm looking at it again... and yes... my bad... it's looking like barrel over under like the J 1

Since the subject is photographed from an oblique angle, at first glance it certainly looks like they are lined up horizontally or vertically.
However, considering some information such as the direction of shadows cast on other parts, it seems reasonable to think that they are arranged vertically.

The second one is not a barrel, it is the monocular gunsight.

Not to be that guy, but the "second barrel" is neither a barrel nor a gunsight, but actually the hydraulic recoil system.K.Rokossovski wrote:

The panzerjager 1 was essentially a flatbed pz. 1, with the turret replaced by a gunshield and the means to anchor a 4.7 cm pak(t) on its usual carriage.
