Axis interceptors

I think it's good as it is they might deal more HP but they also cost more resources to produce.For Comintern it's easier to produce more of them. Pan-Asian have superior speed which is perfect for hit and run. You can't attack what you can't reach. All in all each doctrine is balanced, has it's weaknesses and strengths.

Remember suna that axis fighters already perform better than normal units.
