Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like the game designers have purposely gone away from terrain debuffs, in favor of terrain buffs and higher stats across the board.

Balancing tanks.
Medium and Light tanks should have the same defense and offense stats but have -50 debuffs in Mountains and Cities.

Can we talk about the images of tanks? For instance how the photo for the M22 Locust shows a M5 Stuart.
