Banned Accounts

Why dont you just create a BIG Star sub-heading under "Support and Feedback" and title it something like 'BANNED ACCOUNTS ISSUES' - so people dont continually post "help I've been banned" - "my girlfriend and I share WIFI and I got banned" - "my dog ate my account". ONLY to be redirected - MAKE IT OBVIOUS WHERE TO GO.

There is a noticeable thread at the top of the section just for that

Everyone overlooks it.

Perhaps you have heard this:

"You can lead a horse to water . . ."

Interesting thought about a whole section though. I will run it by the community coordinator

Kosh, if everyone overlooks it, there may be a reason for that. Part of the solution would be to make it even more obvious, and even easier to find. I believe what @dw98 was suggesting was that "banned player issues," or the like, should be a major subheading on the main forum menu. And that is a good idea -- unless, of course, you enjoy playing traffic cop to redirect all of those lost first-time forum participants to the correct thread.

Let's keep in mind that most of the banned players are either high school or middle school kids. Sometimes it helps if you drop the water bucket in front of the horse.

Yes Montana, you will notice the last line of my post indicates we will discuss the idea of a section just for that.

Sometimes you have to throw them in the water
