Barracks speed bonus.

I would quite like the barracks recruitment bonus to be restored to a scaling system once again. Currently there is only a single bonus to recruitment (of units) speed once when at level one, and then no further bonus for the rest. Which is odd considering how much longer the later levels of barracks tend to take to build.

I currently don't have any firm opinions on the steps of the scaling, so any suggestions?
