Be able to create AI puppet states

They should make a button where you can puppet the provinces that you took over to an AI country that is always loyal to you. If you create a puppet state, you can choose one of two modes, aggressive, passive, this way your puppet state will be controlled. If you don't want an AI, you can invite the previous player to play as your puppet. Lastly, this would be a great addition to the game because if Germany takes over France, would be able to create a Vichy France.

So the goal is to win by controlling 60% of the points on the map.

If you give provinces away to a puppet state how do you have the points to win? :tumbleweed:

I can see people abusing this by keeping the provinces with points and giving the freeloading provinces away so they don't have to feed them. This would really detract from the planning and resource management aspects of the game.

What detracts from the 'planning and resource management' of the game is when Bystro, in it's infinite wisdom, decides that a worthless province in Oklahoma suddenly revolts to Outer Mongolia.

I was in one match, the western coast of the US revolted under control of Canada, Spain, then conquered by Japan in a war, then revolted to Tibet until finally it revolted back to being America.

That Wouldn't be abusing would it? I mean, they could make a rule that you have to include One city in your Puppet.
