Better info functionality - Premium account

I play with Premium account mainly to be able to stack build. What is irritating though is why cant we

a) Have a stack research facility too

b) In the construction/production menu/province 'box' to be able to see your home province. You can view it by continent but not by your own original country. If you play across maps you notice different border changes so it is not always consistent but it is important for morale how you increase production and knowing which are your home cities and which aren't is important.
