Better options to lokalize spies

I have some trouble finding my spies. Usually wenn you open the spy tab there will be icons emerging from the provinces that are being spied/contra-spied on by your spies. Sometimes this doesn't work. Really anoying on the 100-player map if the other guy has 200 provinces and you just can't remember in which one you put the spy... I have like 10 spies in other countries, so you can inmage what a task it will be to relocate them if the symbols don't work. Even if they work it's still not so smoot, you have to scroll through half of the world.

Locating spies could be made easier if you can find them in the spy tab. You open the spy tab and at the top you see how many spies you have that are idle/ contra-spying/ intelligent spies/ economical sabotage and military sabotage. It would be nice if a small tab would appear when you hover your mouse over, intelligent spies for example, and be able to select the spy over there.

It would also be nice if it would be possible to fire spies in the same tab. Now you can only fire idle spies by selecting a province, click spies and then fire him. Kinda unlogical.
