Bring back image uploading

Except for the abusers who upload unwanted pictures or spam the newspapers filling them entirely with images, I think image uploading has really improved the roleplay mechanics. I used to have a whole folder full of square-cropped flags, propaganda posters, and similar materials just for roleplaying, but now it's all useless. I don't know the reason behind its removal, but instead of completely removing the feature, it would have been better to fix the issues. For example, monitoring

uploaded images and country leader names and titles could have been a solution to prevent abuse. An image uploading time could also be set so that it becomes possible to monitor. One of the main reasons I play this game in the first place is the diversity and the opportunities it provides for roleplaying. This features being removed really sucks the fun out in roleplaying.
