The most active game was the 73 player game. Can you make it 1x its speed and present it again? It was the map where everyone had fun. 
I assume you are talking about the All Countries All In event. They just did that event, and I doubt they'll reintroduce it this soon, considering they also did it for the Anniversary Week. Relax mate, there are plenty of other fun events that exist

73 HWW always has trouble filling up the maps because there ar so many small nations. Just play the regular HWW at 1x speed, plenty of smaller ones in there as well))
Don't worry, tthe 1x speed version is still on the event plan from time to time. There will be more opportunities this year (well I dont know how many but at least 1) to join it.
