I think this would be a really good idea. I was thinking about this earlier.
Brutal game mode
I think it would be really fun if there was a game mode where only one player could win by controlling the entire map. Maybe there'd be some other features in this game mode to make things more interesting like faster travel and research times. Maybe cut down on them by around 30% or so. Tell me what you think about it!

However, I am not so sure about the 30% thing... I would go for ALOT slower! 200% slower! MUAHAHAHA!
(That was, it is more realistic, in a weird way)
Ok if the micromanagement doesn't bring you to your knees.
Sounds fun, it is already in S1914 and maybe 30K.
Mess with the Bill, you get the scorn!
The reason things would be sped up is because it would take much longer to win the game.purplepizza117 wrote:

I know, but maybe there could be an option, then, at the start of a game, for research speed... never thought of it before.
Interesting.

Hmmm ... on my curent map : 1 373 231 ( huge world map with 100 players ) were from start one huge alliance XXX with '' 20 + countries '' as they posted .. and the rest of the world ... from day 3 i was surprised to find out near me and fight first one from that huge alliance .... against the odds '' rest of the world '' managed to get and keep some sort of ANTI XXX alliance .. and that huge alliance is basically defeated / AFK now ... Now we are 5 actives : 3 from ANTI - XXX alliance , last active one from XXX alliance and one guy with double alliances / on both sides ... From my point of view game could / should be ending now . I have zero intentions to attack any of my allies , so on my map we could / will be in the end only 4 guys .... how is that map supose to end ?

Yep Maximilien => i am already '' working '' on that ... from mathematically point of view that could ( still ) be possible ... Maximilien - in my game it was a huge ( HUGE !!! ) alliance we fighted against and i am still surprised that we defeated them ! I have ZERO intentions to backstabb ANY of my allies just to '' make the points '' !
From more then a week i stopped my attacks just to help one of my allies to '' make the points '' ... But soon my troops will reach that last enemy XXX guy ... Can my game end in some sort of '' normal '' way ... or we
'' have '' to backstab in order to '' WIN '' ?
I say it again : we won against overwelming odds and i have ZERO intentions to backstabb ANY of my allies !
You finally got the picture now Maximilien ?

Sounds interesting! Maybe planes fly further as well.
