Naval bombers and rail guns need something to make them better. I suggest naval bombers have a bigger range, while rail guns should be able to inflict more damage. What do you think?
Yes.
When I first tried out railroad guns, I found them to be a fairly good weapon in central Europe (I was playing as Poland fighting Spain in Italy and France). The only problem was that their lack of speed prevented me from bringing more to the front lines or moving them across my own land to invade another enemy.Pablo22510 wrote:

Therefore, I would propose that railroad guns be granted a much greater speed bonus (like 100% for each level) when moving across areas with infrastructure. An increase in damage wouldn't hurt either. This would make sense, since they would be able to take greater advantage of the tracks included in infrastructure. Also, it would encourage the construction of infrastructure paths across the nation if one were to use railroad guns as a key part in their strategy. This wouldn't be too unbalanced because they would still be very slow when attacking enemies and would require costly infrastructure to be able to function effectively.
If one wanted to be more historically accurate, then it would also be appropriate to simply make them much cheaper, easier, and quicker to make, since I'm pretty sure that railroad guns were basically repurposed naval guns mounted on a train carriage, used by countries that had a shortage of artillery. That would mean that they were easier to make, yet in the game they are expensive and need level 3 infrastructure to create.
I personally think that my first suggestion would be better and make the unit unique, instead of making the railroad gun "the other artillery". It might also encourage more strategies with the unit, and more strategies would equate to more fun
