Build Queue Menu (Interface Suggestion)

When using the build queue menu under Province Administration, every time I move something in the queue, it automatically goes back to the top of the queue.

Sometimes my queue's get over 50+ long if it's a game I'm doing well in. So when I add something to the queue, I want to easily be able to move it from say, 50 --> 35 without it automatically going back to show me 1-5 every time I move the production. It would save time and headaches for us subscribers to the High Command.
