Build Queue Sort

It would be nice to have the ability for the Build Queue to be able to be sorted into Build Start Order. Then you can see what will be starting first and can adjust resource constraints more easily by purchasing on the Market.

Possibly also to be able to sort it by what in in the Queue eg Building or Unit type (much like what you can already do in the Province Admin)
