Build waiting list

and that jumping around of that list... the horror. it didn't do that in s1914, so why here?

Are you sure that all required resources were on-hand for the next build when it became available? If you didn't, I believe it will switch to next build that does have all requirements met.

which would be very wrong. I have a waitlist to put construction in a certain order of execution.

For instance, ordering a certain building, which takes 12hrs to gather resources and should be build first and is in position nr1, should not be delayed by another building with lower priority, which is in position nr2 and requires partly the same resource. If nr2 is now executed 1st, it delays the building with highest priority.... (arghhh)

Or imagine this case:

you are going to be away for say 2 days

you want to build 10 buildings before you start on troops, so you put 10 buildings in positions 1 to 10.

this would i.e. take 24 hrs.

the next 24 hours you want to build a variety of armored vehicles, requiring steel that you also need for your buildings, and those you put in positions 11 to 20.

=> If what you say is correct, the vehicles would all be build first... and all buildings delayed... (again: arghhh)

I only had this happen to me once and I thought that was the reason. I have never fully trusted the system since then. I fully understand your frustration and, obviously, my explanation was wrong. This is all a learning curve and I will watch this thread to see if someone can explain what is going on and, more importantly, why it is happening. Knowledge is power and if we know why, we can work around it. I hope a solution can be found. Good luck and if I run across an answer, I will share it with you.
