Call of War for Nintendo Switch

This might sound like a little bit of a crazy idea, and I was in the same boat too, until I thought about it a little bit, and realized- what really stops Bytro from putting Call of War on the Nintendo Switch as a free to play game on the e-shop? Let me outline some points as to why I think it could work:

1. Little to no competition, nothing else like it: On the switch, there are games like Civilisation 6 and Tropico, but there are little to no games in the vein of Call of War (or HOI 4, EU4, etc). These types of games are sorely lacking on the switch, and in my opinion Bytro getting into the switch with their games would corner a section of the market that no game on the Switch has covered yet.

2. Specs can run it: As we all know, Call of War is available on both PC and mobile, the fact that it is available on mobile and is able to run on even potato devices (I can attest to this) means that the Nintendo Switch should have absolutely no problem running a game such as Call of War, in fact the Switch would probably be able to run this game very smoothly and give a great gameplay experience.

3. The simplicity of Call of War: The simplicity of Call of War in comparisons to other games such as HOI 4 (HOI 4 for example can't be ported to consoles due to the sheer amount of controls and tidbits in the game, impossible to find buttons for everything), makes it the perfect title to come to a console such as the Nintendo Switch. Button mapping shouldn't be too hard of a task, and I am sure it could be done realatively well (although I am not a person with a technical background so don't take my word for it)

The only reason I could think of to why this has not happened, or happened yet, would be that the developers at Bytro simply have other games, and other agendas on their hands, or don't have the budget to fit it in, and this is all totally understandable.

Overall, I think it would really be a great idea to bring Call of War over to the Nintendo Switch, wouldn't everyone want to be able to manage and expand their empire on a big screen TV, or to play it in silky smooth handheld mode? I know I would! Let me know your thoughts in the comments on this, maybe we can petition Bytro or something if there are no roadblocks to implementing this.

I'm not sure how Nintendo switch e-shop works (don't have one) but I am almost certain that there needs to be some type of deal between the company and developers. Almost certainly that involves the company taking a pretty decent share of the profits. I'm sure there's a reason why Bytro hasn't done this yet, and maybe now that it has seen this it will. Gl!

I'm not exactly sure how the controls would work, but otherwise I think Bytro could really benefit from the exposure.

Great Idea, we would need millions of votes though....
