"Capitals Taken" Stat/Achievement

An important part of fighting wars in CoW and in real life is capturing the capital of an enemy nation. In CoW, this rewards the capturer half of the capturee's money supply, alleviates morale in all provinces belonging to the capturer by 10%, and decreases morale in all provinces belonging to the capturee by 20%. Since taking other nation's capitals is important, I think there should be a new stat that shows how many capitals we have taken, both single-game and all time. And this would be a great basis for a new achievement, maybe something like "Capture X number of active players' capitals in a single game"
