I know this game just came out, but I need cargo planes to move my troops faster across land faster or can be dropped behind enemy lines and the railroad can move groups of tanks a bit faster then by themselves

ah you little bugger i was going to suggest this. but now that you have yes we should have this. However some tank infact most could not be transported by air.
And the topic of trains has to come up but it kind of died. this two would be cool but how to put it in game. as new tech or as a train you make and can only use on level 3 infas. so its kind of up in the air
its kind of up in the air and i don't mean the planes.
or the other thing is what if we just have up grades for the transport already in game.
it really is something to think about

The train could become available at some infrastructure level and just run the same route as the roads. Artillery should be allowed to drop in from the air as well.

The availability of cargo planes during World War 2 was a humongous factor in operations and operational planning, and if there were transport planes, it would make the shift go towards the offense. However, they could be used to quickly reinforce provinces, thus making the defender have an advantage. I'm all for transport planes, and it would be better if they were one time use and than you got a paratrooper unit. The mechanics for it though would be difficult, because you would have to make the Paratroopers walk when they can't fly to the nearest airfield, and the task of dropping them into friendly territory would be difficult as well. And the idea of putting trains on railroads should work with all units, but only on a level three infrastructure, otherwise it would be too O.P.

but to also increase resource production with trains and things

Yeah I agree with this. The plane unit itself should be a one time use, wants the unit is on the ground it's on the ground for good. However I think it should just be a plane, same speed as a bomber perhaps, same anti-air defence etc, that flies to a certain destination and you can have the option to deploy the paratroopers. The 'paratroopers' should just be Commandos

I agree. Air transport could work like ship transport does. When an Infantry unit (or Anti-tank, AA, Artillery unit) gets to a province with an airfield, it would transform into a transport plane to fly to another province. Even an enemy province. (Military Gliders). Of course they'd be more vulnerable in the air (like the ship transport is on water), but you take your chances for faster movement. Or have good interceptor cover. Only problem would be if you don't want the unit to change to an air transport when it gets to a province with an airport because of enemy air superiority. If your front line province has an airfield & you want to attack the neighboring province, you don't necessarily want your infantry changing into transport planes, you just want to march up the road...
As far as air transport for tanks... Light tanks only & only at the 40 day mark or something like that.
As for Paratroopers, they could be Commandos (which should have stealth IMO), but they would only be able to be built at a level 2 airfield, not just the Capital. That way they don't have to walk to the nearest airfield, they start there.
