City incoming troops

Would be very nice to say click on a city and then somewhere there is info WHO IS COMING.

For purposes of moving armies, example:

- Moving 40I, 10T to a city, as a staging area for invasion

-- Coming from all parts of the map

- But then need 10I somewhere else

- I click on a city and see incoming 40I, 10T

- Split 10I to go somewhere else

-- And those 10I to be chosen as units that will come latest

Because if you try selecting with lasso, all kind of bad things happens , very hard to select just units moving to that particular destination.
