I think they should add civil wars into CoW if your morale drops to a certain point say below 33% instead of joining other nations. Some of your troops would join the other side some would stay with you. I think it would create more of an incentive to keep your morale up if civil wars are added.
What do you guys think?
Too difficult to implement, plus if you want to invade a country in civil war, you have to declare war on both. Finally, the only countries that go below 33% morale are small, non-playable AI countries, and I don't want to see a civil war in Luxembourg.
This already happens, except the units are killed in the same time it takes a province to rebel.
