Why Creating a Coalition doesn't need any responsibility ?
Why there is no punishment about it ?
3 days not enough and backstabbing shouldn't be easy
Everyone is creating randomly coalitions , coalition is a serious thing
you have people in your country even they have no function at game and they have ideas about your relationships
and I think coalition leaders should have extra responsibility about coalition
so my suggestions
1- When you left a coalition your all provinces will have %20 morale down along 3 days
2- When a leader kicked a member because it is inactive or leader wants to invade it , Coalition leader's all provinces will have %20 morale down along 3 days
about second suggestion yes they can invade still inactive members , they can give capital of inactive player to leader while invading it and he has extra responsibility
so People will think twice before join coalition
and Coalition leader will be more careful about choosing members

Well honestly morale loss due to leaving coalition is not realistic at all ....
And also treason is a part of politics...as with the logical world you have to prove your worth to have your allies actually find your alliance with them useful....
What I like about this game is that politics are a thing in it...
So I am not sure if this will change elt alone should be changed anyways.

coalition members that are inactive after joining the coalition are a serious problem, so kicking them should not come with penalty, its like kicking someone from nato because they are not upholding the agreement (2% in defence budget).
Now backstabbing may be an issue, but I will not join if someone has a lot of solos, or I join and ensure I have decent measure against backstabbing strategies. In general they will not likely backstab you if you are an engine to the coalition. And beginners If I take them up I will certainly help to get better. I am not a backstabbing kind but kicking when they are likely going inactive or became so when entering is justified I think.

Imagine 1944 finland
finland fought against soviets along 3 years , many german soldiers were located at finland along 3 years , many finnish fought at german army , many german soldiers married with finnish women
now finnish troops attacking to germans , germans are trying to escape and burn places where they passed
they fought against common enemy along 3 years , now they try to kill their old friends
imagine you are a person who lives at finland or germany and next day you see at newspaper your countries are not friend anymore and they are trying to kill each other
they didn't allow to germans even for safe pass , while retreating germans left many sign for finnish units
you can see them if you write '' waffenbrüderschaft '' to search engine , it means brotherhood of arms

Coalition Leaders like a god in game
everyone is trying to his chance to be leader and at the beginning of game there are 10 coalitions
when someone created to first coalition at its region everyone apply to there
and he can choose who will join or who will be eaten
1- you can join
2- you can join
3- no you will be eaten
4- you can join
5- no you will be eaten
or if he is beginner he accepts to first 5 application anyway
but there is no extra responsibility , he is safe until mid of game because other 4 member

I feel like Kicking somebody out shouldn't be an instant, all active members should have a chance to vote, they should add some sort of voting system when kicking somebody out of a coalition to make it fair.
My father once said this: “If you don’t know anything, don’t assume you know and don’t say anything you don’t know is true” I always got annoyed when he said that, but to be honest he’s kinda right if you think about it Have a good day!

you may have to wait two days then before AI comes in if 2 are inactive in coalition of 3 or 3 out of 5
