Coalition auto kick and the re-join delay problem

I understand the reason for a three day delay when someone quits one coalition and tries to join another. But, I went camping and got auto-kicked from my coalition for being AFK and discovered I cannot rejoin my coalition for 3 days. Recommendation: Allow auto-kicked players to rejoin their previous coalition without a delay.

Yes but you should only be allowed to join the one from which you were kicked. If I was a member of the Greater Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere and wanted to join Wings Over the World, I could otherwise simply go AFK and it would take only 2 days instead of the regulation 3.

Leaders should perhaps also be instantly promoted back to their original positions upon rejoining.
