Coastal Defense Fort ( remove fortification from coasts )

game should remove fortification building at coasts so at coasts only will be coastal defense fort

it is building like fortifications but can shoot ships only ( including transport ships ) can building only at coasts

range should be 50 , it will shoot from centre I know every centre is not close to sea

it needs to have view range to see only enemy ships ( cant see submarines )

not very strong , low damage and low health points , it will give some time to defenders

cant give damage to enemy ground units at land and can't fight against them , no damage against enemy air units too

it will has 3 tier 1-2-3

%15 home defense bonus will effect to this building if it is built at core

it should be expensive building it will needs money , iron , goods , food

there will be no seperate damage reduction bonus like fortification

in this game at the moment attacking somewhere from oversea is very easy , but it shouldn't be

most of coasts are empty

you cant see even enemy disembarking units if you have no unit at coast , this is annoying

there should be something in there with low damage and low health point to gain some time

I can't wait for it to destroy them all , but attackers should have some trouble at coast

- what it will bring to game

if two coast province are very close to each other they can protect each other so people will try to invade long province it will bring new strategies to game

cruisers will lose their importance at naval warfare and they will focus which their main goal is anti air and battleships will rise again at naval warfare

it will increase to importance of strategic bombers too

turtle players will have more defense and it will be more realistic

there are a lot of province , which ones' centre are far away from sea but they are located at coast

so view range and damage wont work for these places like YUKON , it is similar to build po building for full morale city

so people can still focus to these provinces with cruisers to disembarking

and if enemy knows you have cruisers enemy can focus more to defend these places
