Comprehensive Suggestion List

Having played this game for a number of months I have the following suggestions which would improve the game in terms of making it more realistic.

1. Oil, your population should have a daily oil consumption unless this is what upgrades is meant to be? if not then something should be added, think of all the cars, civilian planes, ships etc that consume oil based products.

2. A world map with real countries and less players, I have seen people say but real countries would be unbalanced, well the fact is life is not fair, and countries have different strengths and weakness's.

Like some of the smaller maps different countries would start with different level tech and resources, so Russia for example lots of manpower low level tech, perhaps research times could also be different depending on which country is played. The fact is the UK for example with not that much in the way of natural resources or manpower managed to take over a large part of the world, so if you have a world map with real countries in the 1930's what's not to say Brazil cannot win if it plays its cards correctly? commodities should also be distributed as they were in the real world, so Germany short of oil etc. This would encourage a more active world market.

Going onto my point of less players, firstly in 100 player maps, lots of people drop off after a couple of weeks or even days so what is the point of having 100 players? plus with real countries it means you would not be able to have 100 players anyhow.

3. Submarines, should be made a lot more powerful but also a lot more expensive to build and maintain, perhaps even rare materials for non nuke subs, in real life countries did not and do not produce 100's of subs, even the US navy only has 75 today, this would make for more strategic use of subs ( placement in choke points) rather than mass spams.

4. Nuke bombers are far too easy to shoot down and are almost pointless to build unless used against undefended cities, this is not realistic, the Enola Gay for example flew with no fighter escort as it was too high for Japanese fighters to shoot down.

5. Upgrade for commando's to put them in jeeps, think SAS behind enemy lines in North Africa WW2 attacking enemy airbases behind enemy lines.

6. Sea planes are far too weak vs Sub they need to be buffed up, as a sub caught on top of the water by a sea plane was pretty much dead in the ocean, depth charges, guns, torpedoes etc.

If the sub dives it cannot attack the plane, but the plane can still attack the sub, this needs fixing as Sea planes are unless at the moment.

1. Oil already is rather hard to find on most maps, having yet another drain will be a killer.

2. The world map is for people who wanted a challenge, I would like to see a scaled down version though. Having different tech-levels for each country wouldn't work out very well. People will go inactive if they have to pick a third world nation.

3. This game is based during world war two, quoting the US having 75 today doesn't mean a thing. The latest US class (Virginia, if I'm correct) is 100x more advanced that the u-boats of WW2. Germany fielded over 1000 boats of different kinds- but we are in agreement over them needing a buff.

4. Nuke Bombers are class cannons, and they should stay that way: the Nuke Rocket is the most powerful weapon in the game as it has no counter, at least we can stop a bomber.

5. Totally agree. Commando's need not only a second upgrade, but a stealth feature.

6. Sea planes are completely useless, I agree with your idea.
