Might as well be an option for no gold. That is the general appeal towards "fair play". To be fair to the corporation such rounds should be on a pay only basis. Gold use needs general revamping and perhaps nullifying. The short term profits of having a spend on demand system are leveraged against a premium account base. I suppose whatever the accountant's spreadsheets say is most cost effective.
Comprehensive Suggestion List
Hello everyone, and welcome to the Call of War unofficial Comprehensive Suggestion List.
The goal of this thread is to list everything that has been suggested on the forums, and categorize them based on what players want. For now, there will be a simple 3 category system, but in the future I may rank some items depending on how important they are, or the frequency of discussion.
Items in the "Positives" section have a general support from most players, and some are very likely to be added in the future. Items in the "Negatives" section have been discussed and have been found to be a feature that should not be added to Call of War. Items in the "Undecided" category have mixed reviews and probably need more discussion to determine whether the majority of players want them or not. So, without further ado...

I'm pretty sure there are many others like me who are multitasking addicts running multiple games at once......so on behalf of those of us who become freakishly obsessed with staying busy on many games
PLEASE give us the ability to have personal labels on each of our games .....for instance when you re looking at the my games tab have the option to individually label each game even if its simply by what geographical spot we have in that game ....
it would also be epic to be able to make notes to oneself on next actions to take on each game
but hey I am my own enemy when it comes to game obsessions maybe its just me LOL
by the way THANK YOU in advance hehehe
I have suggested this as well, a much needed update!BlazedLucidity wrote:

If you are wanting to rename the browser tabs you can already do that. There are various methods/extensions for doing this depending on the browser. Google around for it.BlazedLucidity wrote:

He means the individual games listings in the 'My Games' section of website

Ah, my bad. In any case, renaming browser tab might be helpful to some people also. I just installed an extension for firefox to rename tabs and it's pretty easy to use.
Yes, with a bunch of games one can rename em to the nation with a number. Then, assign a txt file to each for notes..
they need a notification on diplomacy for when a coalition message is sent. some coalition members miss important info unless you send them a message to look at the coalition message, but then you might as well of just messaged them the coalition message in the first place.
i agree on that, cause one can easily miss a message when one doesnt think about itSplitPersonality wrote:

You should be able to see an ETA before a rocket is launched, similar to how the move command will when you click move and hover the mouse over a point.
That's a great idea!Captain_Mo wrote:

That would be helpful, but currently you don't get ETA for stationary units or planes before they march. If they are already moving then you get ETA before changing march or adding target. But yea, it would be helpful and even more so for other units.
If you click and drag an in-motion unit, and then hover over a potentially different target, the travel time changes to reflect the new time to reach that target. But why isn't this true of stationary units upon the same act of testing a potential move. I think the travel time indicator is added after a move is initiated. But it would make more sense to have the indicator added before releasing your dragged unit on a target IF it is part of a click-and-drag action.
It seemed like such a waste to destroy an entire battle station just to eliminate one man. But Charlie knew that it was the only way to ensure the absolute and total destruction of Quasi-duck, once and for all.The saying, "beating them into submission until payday", is just golden...pun intended.

Id still like to see marines or at least a LST type ship where amphib assualts can take place in maybe a hour
also were not battleships able to carry at least one air/sea plane? why is it all unit have the same value? a colorado class battleship had a different armament and armour then other bb's in the same class from other countries? just a few thoughts love this game the aircraft carrier was not what I was hoping for. naval bombers were alot more dangerous then whats in the game especally against aromur and airfields. look at midway or pearl three waves could have destroyed the entire base and most of the ships in pearl. in the game three waves and little damage done. you have to have tac. bombers on board to do real damage. as far as I know this happened once the doolittle raid and that was a tac. desaster olnly thing it did was give the japs a scare and the people at home hope. they couldnt even land back on board but in the game they can??????
Only a certain amount of realism can be added without taking away from the smooth flow of game play. Battleships are rated differently from each other by level of development and thus by total strength. Many people ask for Naval Bombers to get upgraded, myself included. But that is not as high of a priority as beefing up artillery against naval units, in my mind.
This game is always being modified, and unit specifications tweaked. But we can't get everything we want or others will be denied what they want because of conflicting desires.

Hello all my idea relates to the World map 1st idea is coalition treaties is it possible to have treaties between coalitions as well as individual nations treaties. 2nd idea is how possible would it be to limit the size of a coalition to say 10 nations or something like that the idea is to try to create more coalitions in the game once 1 is full and to prevent 1 coalition being overly powerfull to the point that the game is effectively over before it starts as i was able to achieve when i set up a UN and we have 37 members hehe.
