Computer AI - Needs work

Love the game.

Was exited to play my first elite AI game hoping that it would be more than a walk through when attacking the computers but they are still completely retarded.

There is just nothing going on there, humans that stop playing are slightly better but the small country AI is truly brainless.. maybe its just a bug in my game I dont know but I think making the comps much stronger would really help when humans have a tendency to drop out.
