Convoy Costs

Currently, it costs the same amount of money/resources to run a convoy that it would had the unit been on land. I suggest that convoys, instead of having the same amount of costs of a regular land unit, be (most likely) 50-100 oil a day with 50-100 food a day for every convoy.

Say I have a light tank, level 1; 100 oil a day and 25 food a day. Instead of these costs, as a convoy, it would allegedly be cheaper (oil-wise) to run; 50-100 oil a day and 50-100 food a day.

Take also an infantry unit, level 1; 90 food a day. Despite this, a convoyed infantry unit would be 50-100 food a day and 50-100 oil a day.

Now, this may make early units fairly expensive to convoy, but later on in the game it may be a little overpowered; a heavy tank, for example, would be saving maybe 5 food a day but 175-125 oil a day. Granted, it would make overseas invasions a little more important, but there would be a navy to worry about, perhaps: this might make the convoy system a little bit better.
