I have restarted to play the game after a pause of 1 years... and in a battle by see, i saw that my subs can not sunk an unprotected convoys, cause for exemple the HP of an infantry that normal is 15, in a convoy, on water is 17!?!?! How can a land unit be more strong on water against a sub? I think here is a big problem, in this way, big stack of units, even if they are unpreotected by ships, can travel on the water at bigg force than on land....

Transports are really weak. Lvl 3 Submarine killed today three 5er stacks Transports lvl 1 and lost only half hp's.
We need roll back to Version 1.5.1 for one event, where transportships were really overpowered. May be you stop crying, that transportships now too strong.
Your skills are too poor for use of Navy, that's all.

Oh, stop it. Want to test my skills, I'll see you on the battlefield.
I'm trying to point out that this game needs work on amphibious warfare.
It would add a lot of run *and* realism to the game.

If interesting amphibious warfare mechanics can be added to the game without breaking it I would support that decision. But the unloading and loading of equipment from transports without a deep water port was used in WW2 and is completely possible.

Remember that in water its not an infantry unit, it's a lightly armed merchantman convoy ship.
