Level 3 already gives a 50% speed increase. Are you suggesting to increase that?
Convoy Tanks, Armor, Etc.
Suggestion for improvement: add the ability to convoy tanks, armor, planes, etc. across Level 3 Infrastructure (rails) in friendly territory at much greater rates of speed.

Well, yeah, I would say 100% increase at least- if you are strapping a tank to a train it is going to move much, much faster than on its own treads. But it would have to be only on the stretch of rails, and only in friendly territory.
The tank would not be useable during this time- it would be in a "convoy".
that would also cost fuel.
Does it cost fuel to do any of the other convoys like airplane convoy or ocean convoy?
No, the fuel consumption is inherent to the unit itself, it doesn't matter if it is actually moving or not.
And I would support rail transport, with much less infra requirement than OP says... you never have linked L3 infrastructure because it simply is too expensive for non-resource provinces (or even most non-core resource provs).
Yet moving an army through a large controlled territory takes unrealistically long. Sending units across Asia on the 100p map takes several days at least for tanks, and I don't want to even discuss roc kets here... You should be able to "assume" rail transport was available one or two provs away from the front to make transport through controlled territory (much) faster.
Perhaps the speed of convoy could be dependent on type of inf, just like regular movement speed is.
bad idea, tanks would not be able to defend provinces with those rails
You would be able to toggle the convoy mode on or off.
They should make a meditation building, where you can go in and meditate so you're not so stressed out about speed.
Wow, that's profound!
Actually, I have been thinking about this. Why don't convoys have a research tab where you can upgrade the the sea and the land based convoys? I would also like to be able to transport ground troops on a aircraft, to save time.(no I am not talking about paratroopers, just an cargo and passenger aircraft of some sort)
