armies like tanks and other units? 
Maybe if they put some real resources in them. These little parachute drops are worthless unless they have plans in them and they should be scaled based on how the long the game has been running. Not like I don't appreciate free stuff however when I'm pumping out 2500 supplies every hour your drop with 3500 supplies in it isn't even worth my time to grab and is pretty much useless.
