Corrections needed in Russian cities and interceptors

1. Yaroslav - should be Yaroslavl, with L in the end, that's how it's really named

2. Volodga - typo, correct name is Vologda

3. interceptor level 7 - come on, IL-10 is not an interceptor at all, it is ground attack aircraft (see wikipedia)

I agree with no 1, but I think on some maps the city is spelled Vologda correctly.
