is there any way we can also be able to edit game speed, it would be awesome if i could create a game that is 2x or 4x times faster than regular

While you can't create your own, there are games with those speeds:
Clash of Nations {Tutorial Mode}- This game is 2x speed for building, and 4x speed for combat
[EVENT] World at War {Speed Round}- This speed round runs at 4x speed for everything. VERY quick game
[EVENT] All-in-Historical Map- This game runs at 2x speed.
There are some other event games not listed here that runs at quicker speeds too. You can find event games as they come around on the homepage.
