I think the limiting on creating new maps is great. Sort of. In some instances, it's too strict.
My suggestion is to allow players to create a map if they are at creation limit for the low low cost or 5,000 Gold Marks.
Thoughts?

I like the idea
Of course for the cost of about 13,000 gold ($5.99 US) you can get a month of High Command which allows you to create 5 maps per month. Which is a little over half the cost per map that you propose. That also enables you to join games that would cost gold without spending gold, AND you get all the other features of high command including build queues, shared intel, and fire control features.
But for players who have won gold and don't wish to upgrade to High Command perhaps the 5,000 gold to create a map would be a good idea.

Oh I see, So even after the 5 games that you can make with High Command you would like additional. Good idea.
