I doubt that it would be a free feature. It would probably be HC and maybe be in Call of War 1.5?

Creating private match with ability to spawn stuff in
The devs should add the ability for us to make our own private games that only we can join where we can spawn stuff in give ourselves money change the game speed and add extra game settings
It would be a great way for people to be able to test out units they have never unlocked and see it they are useful or not.
This would allow people to have a better understanding of they game and it would allow people that have never gotten things like the nuclear bomb to get and and test it.
I would say that this should be a free feature

It would certainly give people something to day when they have to wait 2 days for there troops to get somewhere

But, it would not be a perfect simulation given the fact that there is an X factor. You can also use a damage calculator
