Criticism: Cannot Disable Damaged Barracks Greater than Level 1

I was watching the chat and somebody mentioned something interesting in the help portion: If you have a barracks greater than level 1 and it is damaged, you can not disable it. I checked this out on my own game and it is true. It will still consume the same amount of food as a level 2 or 3 barracks (whichever it is), but it only functions as a barracks of the next level down. For example, if you have a level 2 barracks that is damaged, you can only create level 1 barracks units from it, but it still consumes 500 food and you can't disable it.

So if you invade an enemy with a lot of higher level barracks, you still have to pay as if they were undamaged, but you do not get the benefits of that barracks level, and you have to repair them if you want to disable them.

Just go to province administration panel and disable from there.

Correctly. Damaged Level 2 and 3 barracks and naval bases can only be disabled in the province administration.

Yup. Before I figured this out, I had food hell...
