Criticism on Helpshift support
i like the helpshift support mostly, they give good articles to help and most are detailed and formatted in a refreshing to the eye way, i can easily add files onto helpshift using the new system and dont have to rely on image links and document links, however, despite this there is one major flaw in this support system: I cant report two incidents at once.
I had reported about a gold achievement which i needed claimed and during it's documentation by the staff i had to report an abusive chat user which i couldnt do.
Please fix this.

Update: You can actually report multiple issue, just use the same conversation instead of opening a new one. So either mention both issues in the same message or add a second message later on.
