Cycle Add Watching Rewards

So I think adding boosters was a great addition, HOWEVER I don't see a reason why the rewards don't cycle. I watch adds every day for the rewards, and in every game I play I can have as much food as I want but never have enough fuel to build stuff. Now don't get me wrong I build industries and everything I am supposed to but if I am grinding and constantly trying to produce troops then sometimes you run out of resources my suggestion is to cycle the boosts that players get in Add Watching, and maybe even add a few troop boosters to claim. This could be a daily thing or weekly I just think that there is no reason for me to have over 80 food boosters.
