Daily Gold limit use

Playing a World At War game right now and I'm kinda bummed. It was looking like a nice game with some decently high level players but its day 1(about a couple hours from day 2) and North Argentina has steamrolled like 5 or 6 players and taken damn near half the continent. I understand gold is needed to make money but jeez this is a bit far. I know its only been a day but that's enough to get invested and to see a game get steamrolled so quickly is a bit disgusting.

Now here's the proposal. Perhaps a gold use limit of 5-10 thousand a day. This can give players at least a chance. I understand gold is a necessary evil for Bytro and I'm not totally against it but this is so overkill. Gold can and should give a competitive advantage but to be able to so utterly dominate a game and give players no chance to fight back is just downright bad game design in my opinion. There is a line to be towed between making money and giving a good experience to the player and this totally crosses it. Especially considering 64,000 gold costs only about 20 bucks at the moment.

Anyway that's my thoughts.

P.S-At some point the players gold use drives away (especially experienced, active players who are the only thing keeping the game alive and enjoyable) can't be worth the money gained from single gold purchases.

Waste of time making this thread these always pop out every week or so. Bytro never looks at these
