Dawn of Patriot

A 10-player coalition pinched between 2 10-player coalitions to start the game? Something to even the odds a bit at the start would be nice, but from what I can see it's just 2 against 1. Am I missing something, or will America lose every time unless Japan or Germany players stay inactive?
