Nowhere near big enough, and didn't really play a large enough role in any war to justify it. Maybe a DOTP for Europe but all the different regions (e.g Bavaria, Yorkshire, Scania) are all seperate states would be fun though

Although, considering history, I could see a DOTP format being applied to Yugoslavia, but that might be too sensitive.
