Idk -10% hp/6hrs seems pretty strong.
Maybe just smth like no heal at daychange.
Hello.
I have a big problem with this game. It is enjoyable and I play it since 2016. One of the greatest tactic in both world wars was enclosure the enemy and capture its forces. Or at least enclosure it. If an enemy army is in a given province and I capture every province in its neighbourhood then something should happen; if this method would be developed the game would be much more better, more fun and historically accurate.
here are some of my advices:
minimum: if a province gets enclosed, the morale of it should start to drop by 10% in every 'x' hours (6 hours for example) by 10%.
medium: if a province gets enclosed, the morale of it should start to drop by 10% in every 'x' hours (6 hours for example) by 10% and should not produce any kind of resources
best: if a province gets enclosed, the morale of it should start to drop by 10% in every 'x' hours (6 hours for example) by 10% and should not produce any kind of resources and the hitpoints of the units should drop down with ~5% in every 'x' hours. (you sophisticate these - for example: if the enclosed province is a food producing province then the army which is on it should consume the food which is produced there, if the production is enough, no drop down would occur, otherwise yes; if the province is an oil producing province and can not afford enough oil for oil consuming units, then the units should not be able to move, only just defend)
Anyway those above just were some suggestions, but I really would like to feel a real commander in the ww2 and I can not use this tactic because there is no advantage developed in the game mechanics yet.
Hope I'll get answer for this.

It has been suggested many times, there is some technical problem with it iirc.
Isn't it like this already? each province gets morale penalty for enemy provinces nearby afaik.
