Different level buildings - different icons in province menu and province list

In most of web browser games there are different looks of buildings when they have different levels.

Here we see it on the map with fortifications, infrastructure or industrial complex, naval base.

But it would be nice to have different looks in province menu too. As well in province list.

At least a bit different so new players would not be confused too much

Let's make this icons/pictures different, when we have/build them into new level.

Just as fortifications look changes on the map, depending on the building's level.

Both here in province menu and in proince list (the one open on the right side of the screen in desktop version).

Ah, okay. That would be a nice cosmetic feature. The infrastructure and industrial complexes also change on the maps as they upgrade.
