An ownership change of a province does not trigger another calculation of the dis/embarking process this is why the timers are not changing accordingly.

If a stack is in the process of (dis)embarking on an enemy province (4.5 hours total) and you capture the province, you are unable to reset the stack to (dis)embark based on owned province time (3.0 hours total). This is inconsistent with other time change abilities in the game.

Neither does movement across land, automatically. But if you reset the march it will change the speed. The same should occur with (dis)embarking.Sasri wrote:
