Disbanding Units

I propose that units can be disbanded. Many units have often been disbanded during peacetime. I believe it will be a useful feature because it can decrease the upkeep and remove your useless units. You will get half the resources that are used to produce the unit back if you disband it.

I think this suggestion reappears every 45 days or so.
