Disbanding units

Hello guys and girls, while I was reading one of my many world war books, I ended up thinking off a pretty cool idea that would (in my opinion) help the game along.

That idea is disbanding military units. I've always liked the idea of deconstruction for building, and now i'm thinking it should be done for units.

I have came up with two reasons from personally experience, and I hope you guys can help me build on this idea.

1. I played so many RP games on S1914, and i loved them. I had games going for months, in which we had treaties made up and the likes. However, one thing which always annoyed me was that the person i'm trying to " Versailles"- and by that i mean ruin in terms of military and economics- is still holding a rather decent military. I believe that a 'disband' function would be useful for RP games.
2. Right, what really matters. In terms of real games, the 'disbanding' feature is better explained. Early in the game many of us will spam Light tanks/ Armoured cars. As time goes on and we later get Medium tanks and Mech Infantry, i've seen Medium tanks get used more. It would be better if we could phase out and disband units we can either no longer support (might have up keep issues) or simply don't want any more.
