I want to suggest the reintroduction of the dislike button. The dislike button helps people show their opinion without them having to wirte lengthy posts. However, if you get dislikes, you shouldn't lose points. Comments?

seems fairly pointless to me, all it would do is spawn hatred it seems. If you dislike something you can just post about it.
Maybe just dislikes for the OP?

Yeah, maybe just for the ones with General+ rank (orangey one). But it's not pointless, saves the effort of writing the post.

Well I feel just saying that you don't like something doesn't really contribute to any discussion unless you also provide a reason. If you want pure binary input just use a poll.

xD
I meant, for example, if I wanted to know how many people wanted paratroopers to be added into the game and how many did not, and I did not care about their reasoning, I could simply put up a poll in my (hypothetical) thread about paratroopers, rather than seeing how many likes and dislikes I got in order to judge how many people wanted this addition.

And they would be punished for abusing the dislike function, not too hard to contain.

Yeah, and anyway, Ellio, it wouldn't happen. We don't have people liking every post right now.
