What Japan is actually using the pan-Asian doctrine? But historically, Japan is on the axis side in WWII.

Doctrines—some initial thoughts
First things first, I will talk about the Axis doctrine. Personally, the doctrine needs to be modified.
• Railroadguns. The Nazi Germany Schwerer Gustav gun is by far the most powerful rifled weapon ever existed. It is designed to take out forts of the French Maginot Line in ONE SINGLE shot. To prevent the gun from getting damaged by normal artillery of the Maginot Line, the gun has an effective firing range of 43k yards, outranging all allied railroadguns. Axis railroadguns should have damage and range bonuses, but should have a higher production cost since the OKH, or the Nazi high command gave up producing more guns since it costs 8 million reichsmark or 17 million US dollars in WWII to produce two of these guns.
•Rocket arty and SP rocket arty. The Japanese Type 4 40 cm launcher have the largest caliber of all rocket artillery that existed in WWII. The launcher features low production costs and good accuracy than most rocket arties that ever saw combat. The Japanese Type 4 Ha-To is an SP rocket arty which has enormous firepower and slightly thinner armour than Type 4 Chi-To tanks, but is expensive to produce. The Nazi Sturmtiger is a beast with armour that is even thicker than tiger I, and can wander around in a city with high speeds, it could also eliminate enemy infantry with ease. The Nazis have already developed the Nebelwerfer, a quite successful weapon 4 years before WWII broke out. More contents will be released a few days later, stay tuned.

•Fighters. The Nazi bf-109, the most widely used fighter of the axis countries, has powerful weponary—equipped with an MG 17 machine gun and 2 MG FF machine cannons, it can shoot down allied spitfires, which is only equipped with 4 browning machine guns, with absolute ease. Also, the fighter can carry 1 bomb weighting 250kg and 2 bombs weighting 50kg, making it a versatile unit that can attack both air and ground targets. It lacks the range to be advantageous in the Battle of Britain though. It’s survivability is excellent compared to the Japanese zeros and the British Spitfires. It is less armoured than spitfires but compensate for this with bullet-proof oil tanks. A lot of spitfire pilots claim that although they successfully shot the bf-109s, the planes just miraculously flew as nothing happened.
•Anti-tank and anti-air.The 3.7 and 4.2 cm PaKs, developed in the pro-war years, are pretty weak. They could only penetrate the rear armour of M4 Sherman tanks when the tanks are really close to the PaKs. The 5 cm PaK is only a little bit better than its smaller-calliber counterparts. The 8.8 cm flak, an anti-air, turned out to be the most effective anti-tank weapon that Nazis ever had. Most allied medium and heavy tanks just gave up battling when they saw an 8.8 cm flak. Thanks for the feedback. Just as a heads up, Doctrines and units in general are simplified in the game and optimized for game balance. We cannot account for every single historical detail and usually there are many sides to a story, with opinions going into multiple directions. We also want to make each Doctrine stand out, which means that we are hesitant to give the same bonuses to multiple Doctrines. That means that for some units we had to decide which Doctrine had the most iconic variation of that unit. For the Rocket Artillery this was certainly the Katyusha in our eyes, so it received the bonus instead of the German rocket artilleries. We also didn't want to overload one Doctrine with too many buffs, and for example the german doctrine already has many buffs for other categories. Giving them more buffs for even more units would make them too strong. So we also had to weight which units of a Doctrine should receive buffs and which should not, meaning some units which were eligible to get buffs did not get them.
